An LDPE Core refers to the Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) material used as the inner core layer sandwiched between two aluminium sheets. It’s known for exceptional flexibility, lightweight properties, recyclability and good durability.

Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP sheets) are lightweight,  durable, and versatile construction materials made of two aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core. They are widely used for facades, cladding, signage, and interiors due to their weather resistance, aesthetic appeal, and easy installation.

At AluWall, we source high-quality aluminium coils from Hindalco Industries and use premium paints from Akzonobel, Nippon, PPG, and Beckers, ensuring superior durability, weather resistance, and long-lasting aesthetics for our ACP sheets.

The fire resistance of ACP sheets depends on the core material. PE core ACPs offer minimal to no fire resistance whereas Fire-retardant (FR) core ACPs, containing mineral fillers, offer significantly better fire resistance and are designed to slow or prevent flame spread.

Yes, ACP panels are generally waterproof. The aluminium layers provide a barrier against water penetration. However, proper installation and sealing are crucial to prevent water damage at joints and edges
